Fruit flavours and character
This rosé has just enough red Champagne wine in it to give it the colour and character of wine to be served with a meal, along with red fruit dessert for example.
Its nose is intense, mostly displaying aromas of small berries over a backdrop of spices. Its mouthfeel is fresh, round and gourmand.
50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot noir, 10% Pinot meunier
Finesse and intensity
Our Blanc de Blancs champagne is produced with Chardonnay grapes only, and aged in our cellars for a minimum of 5 years.
This champagne unveils refined floral and delicate fruit aromas (citrus, white flesh fruit). Its finesse, suppleness and liveliness are a perfect match for fish and seafood dishes.

This champagne flavour reveals a great finesse, bringing together aromas of pear and a very pleasant wine background for a full-bodied wine.

Freshness and character
For many years now, Domaine JH Quenardel have been making it a point of honour to offer aged champagne cuvées with pronounced characteristics from exceptional vintages.
This vintage has a beautiful golden robe, hence its name "or". Its nose displays a palette of flavours ranging from dried fruit (almonds) to jellied fruit, with hints of patisserie and brioche.
Its flavour is very seductive thanks to the fruit-flavoured roundness of Pinot, to its persistence and to the perfect balance between floral and fruit aromas. A vintage Brut champagne is always rich and fresh, particularly harmonious and flavourful.
